For more than 60 years Escanaba Rotary has managed a trust fund to provide programs for Delta County children with special needs. Our programs include:
While the cost of these programs has steadily increased over the years, our trust fund has not, and we frequently must withdraw more than it earns. We are seeking contributions to stabilize the fund and ensure our programs’ future. These donations will be added to the invested fund and not used for operations.

- Eight weeks of summer day camp at Camp Harstad on the Bay near Ford River
- A swim and exercise program at the YMCA during the school year
- College scholarships for students graduating from ISD programs
- An annual Christmas party for kids at the ISD Learning Center
- Grants to agencies to help kids with special needs
